Chuck E. Cheese has a hot mess on its hands — and no, we’re not talking about its pizza … it’s a potential lawsuit from the mother of the child snubbed by its mascot.
Naney D. Muhammad The mother of the young Black girl who recently got the cold shoulder at a CEC in New Jersey — and she tells TMZ … yes, she’s preparing to take legal action against the pizza chain for what she overt and overt racist behavior.
Nancy says she’s noticed this kind of pattern at amusement parks and indoor children’s playgrounds — and it breaks her heart that she and her daughter were getting rid of it at Chuck E. Cheese.
She tells us corporate CEC fired for a standard statement she feels empty and void of apology … In her eyes, any child should be made to feel how she did that day.
Of course, this may just be the latest in various lawsuits — we’ve seen things like this before at Sesame Place. A class action lawsuit has already been filed against the Pennsylvania theme park.
